A: Named users are the user accounts created for each staff member using the Mapster viewer. A concurrent user is simply a named user currently accessing the Mapster viewer. Each Mapster membership includes unlimited named users.

Example: An office has 12 named user accounts with 2 concurrent users. Only 2 of the 12 named users can access the Mapster viewer simultaneously.
